Shipments are delivered from 2-15 business days from the date of the request.
Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (the box) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.
